Northern California based hip-hop artist Spends Quality is excited to release the newest music video for “Star Swing,” the first track off the forthcoming Free Samples LP. With a jazzy, boom-bap track produced by Portland’s 5th Sequence, the track features one of the west coast’s hip-hop legends Aceyalone, and singer J.Kendall. The music video, shot and edited by Earl Louis, is the perfect visual for the esoteric and soulful rhymes.
“The video is a love song for hip-hop, representing the artists’ commitment to their craft,” explains Spends of the concept behind the song.
Spends releases his latest offering as he heads out on a 16-date west coast Freeway to Flow and Tell Tour with emcees Abstract Rude and Myka 9.
